No, it's good at any retailer that accepts manufacturers coupons. No where on the coupon does it say redeem only at kroger. It just like a manufacturer coupon you can get from the target website. All the stores are slipping their names on a coupon if they can, just a little trick they use. Read the coupons carefully.
